UX Design & Product Owner New iOS- & Android E-comm App
My mission was defined as an inspiration, ideation and implementation project with the aim to create a new, nice mobile app that brings together the best in the era of mobile: a clean UI, smooth gestures and a task-oriented design. In this specific case my goal was to help customers shop for groceries without hassle.
During the inspiration and ideation phase we applied various user research techniques (analytics insights, persona development, rapid prototyping, …) to understand the customer’s burdens, identify user needs, and ultimately come up with a validated concept. My key responsibility was to transfer business requirements into a frictionless user journey and user experience design.
In August, 2018 we started building the different apps. Clear UX guidelines, a state-of-the-art design library, and close collaboration with our teams in Ukraïne ensure we’ll be able to go live in Q2 2019.
